Day 9 - 29 Feb
Despite the prediction of rain, a lovely day dawned.

After a lovely breakfast, we drove into Havelock (through all the road blockages!) and did our laundry - hooray! (I had to sit in the car in my undies as I had no clothes left …🙄).
Afterwards, we had coffee and went for a bit of an explore around the port and hinterland.

Came across this gorgeous scene of a fellow with his 2 horses and dog making slow progress on one of the back roads!
On the way back towards our B&B we stopped at Cullen Point to do the Coastal Loop Walk 3.5 kms - down, along the coast, then UP(!). Very pretty.

Then a rest back at our B&B including a lovely NZ white out on the deck - heaven on a stick!
And dinner booked again at the local tavern, same place as last night.
