Day 5 - 25 Feb
The rain had stopped by morning - thankfully! It was overcast - perfect for walking - with a nice breeze.
The kitchen ‘nuked’ our rolled oats for us and we enjoyed a coffee before setting off at 8:30 am. Seemed like we were first on the track today … got this nice shot just as we were leaving.
A very pretty walk - mostly coastal; mostly flat -tish (just a few lumps and bumps). Great views and lovely stretches of forest.

We stopped for morning tea about 11 am and could see our lodge over in the distance on the other side of the inlet.
We passed a bit of debris which looked like it had come down in the rain and wind last night. MF ‘crashed and burned’ his way through one blockage … BEFORE AND AFTER!

We took our time and enjoyed the views - and plants! - arriving at Punga Cove Resort at lunchtime.

Spent the afternoon relaxing on our balcony - plus a spa and a drink with hot chips down at the jetty.
